Our Apple Certified Trainers and classes are here to help you and your help-desk team, IT support team, and system administrators reach their certification goals. Classes are small with personal attention for first-class learning. Apple’s certified course-ware objectives support a tiered certification program for system administrators, technical coordinators, and support professionals. These courses are designed to prepare the student for real-life situations as well as the Apple IT Certification Exam.

Scheduled Courses

For Technical Coordinators and Support Professionals

TechOne Centre offers Apple courses on supporting Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. These courses lead to Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) Certifications. These courses have optional Introductory courses to Mac OS X. TechOne Centre includes one certification exam at the end of each course at no additional cost.

For System Administrators

TechOne Centre offers Advanced OS X Apple courses on Directory Services, Deployment, Mobile Device Manager and Command Line Mindset. These courses are equivalent to courses that lead to the former Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) certification. Third party exams, equivalent to ACSA are offered. TechOne Centre includes one certification exam at the end of each course at no additional cost.

For Digital Media Professionals

TechOne Centre offers Apple courses which cover all the Apple Pro Apps including Final Cut Pro X, Motion, Logic Pro, and Aperture. These courses apply to the creative professionals. These courses support Apple’s tiered certification program for Apple’s Pro Apps. TechOne Centre includes one certification exam at the end of each course at no additional cost.
