Top 10 reasons for choosing Apple and TechOne Centre:

10. It’s All Built-in — From the iSight camera to gigabit ethernet; iLife software to long-life batteries; Bluetooth to Wi-fi; Plug-n-Play for popular printers and cameras; plenty of memory and
storage—It’s all built-in. It’s ready to do business.

9. Secure & Compatible Right Out of the Box — Security is built-in, not bolted on using anti-malware software. So is Active-Directory integration & SMB file-sharing. Apple products are good corporate IT citizens.

8. Increased Productivity Through Ease of Use—Apple products are often described as intuitive, simple and easy-to-use. They are also described as rock-solid and trouble-free. This is not by accident. These are hallmarks of Apple engineering, design and manufacturing.

7. Longer Usable Life & Better for the Environment—Windows based hardware lifecycle is typically 2 to 4 years; Apple products typically last 4 to 6 years. Apple products are built better to last longer. They are also green by being energy efficient, having long-life batteries and being recycling friendly.

6. Efficient Deployment and Updating—Imaging and deployment tools are built right in to Mac OS X Server. Third party tools such as JAMF Casper Suite and Filewave provide additional automation such as machine naming, Active Directory binding and software maintenance. Apple Remote Desktop helps support administration. Apple Configurator and 3rd party Mobile Device Management tools simplify and automate deploying and managing of iOS devices.

5. User Policy Management—Powerful, Yet Easy—Using Profile Manager and Unix commands provides powerful yet flexible management of systems and users. Implement and manage security and
system-wide policies with ease.

4. Performance, Performance, Performance—Using the latest Intel and Apple processors and other engineering leaps, Apple products do all things at astonishing speeds and resource efficiency. Mac OS X and iOS have small memory and processor utilization requirements leaving you plenty of performance to do what you do best.

3. Windows Runs Better on a Mac—Run Windows better with Apple’s Boot Camp, Parallels’ Desktop or VMware’s Fusion. Windows installs easier, crashes less and has better performance on a Mac when compared to PC hardware. Driver issues and inefficiencies are eliminated by Apple quality.

2. Virus Management Eliminated—Anti-malware software is optional. Mac OS X does not permit malware to install or propagate without an administrator password and plenty of other warning mechanisms. Mac OS X patch management is simple and easy. iOS uses apple screened software only.

1. Licensing is Simple and Simply Economical—No license keys needed for anything Apple. Apps are purchased and licensed per user and not per machine. Mac OS X Server consists of one license key with unlimited licenses for all services. There is one flavor of client OS and one flavor of server OS—everything is included.
