Professional Services – Provide best-in-class systems integration for businesses and educational institutions using Apple products. Provide specialized and innovative expertise in a variety of vertical markets by integrating Apple with 3rd party solutions and Windows.
Support Services – Provide comprehensive preventative maintenance to minimize the need for support. Provide rapid response support when necessary. Provide hosting services for off-site data backup, email and 3rd party applications.
Product Sales – Provide a convenient and professional experience for business, education and retail customers purchasing Apple products and accessories in the Houston and surrounding areas. Provide a one-stop resource for businesses with the right products, services, support and training.
Repair Services – Provide exceptional in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services by using qualified Apple certified technicians to deliver first-time-fix repairs with fast turn-around times.
Training – Provide Apple certified training and certification exams for IT and Apple Pro Video applications (Pro App). Provide user level training for business professionals new to Apple. Provide training at TechOne Centre’s Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth training centers and at customer locations.
Apps – Provide App development services to business and education customers with quality results and professional project management.
