Organizational Credentials

 

Apple Consultants Network - Members of the Apple Consultants Network are independent technical experts—skilled in the setup, use, and maintenance of Apple & 3rd party solutions. Requirements for membership includes Mac OS X Certification and a background check.

Apple Professional Services Provider - Apple Professional Services Providers are highly trained consultants provide consulting, technical services and solution implementation. Consultants guide technology planning, delivery, set up and technical support at all levels.

Apple Authorized Training Center - Apple Authorized Training Centers deliver Apple’s proprietary developed courses on Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server in Apple approved facilities through trainers who have met and maintained Apple’s highest quality standard.

Apple Authorized Service Provider - Apple Authorized Service Providers repair Apple products in their own authorized service centers, at customer locations, or by facilitating repair service performed by Apple. Service Providers honor customer repair requests for products covered under Apple’s Limited Warranty, AppleCare Protection Plan, or AppleCare extended service agreements.

Apple Authorized Reseller - Apple Authorized Resellers offer a range of expert services beyond the sale of Apple products and a commitment to quality customer service. Apple Authoirzed Resellers must also meet Apple requirements for product knowledge and technical proficiency.

Daylite Certified Partner - DayLite Certified Consultants offer a range of services including sales, implementation, training and technical support for MarketCircle’s Daylite business productivity software.

Individual Credentials

 

Apple Certified Xsan Administrator – Apple Certified Xsan Administrator (ACXA) certification verifies an in-depth knowledge of Apple’s SAN file system for Mac OS X. An Xsan Administrator is responsible for the life cycle of an Xsan deployment, including planning, implementation, integration into an existing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Apple Certified Systems Administrator – Apple Certified Systems Administrator (ACSA) certification is intended for professional system administrators and engineers who architect, install, support and manage medium-to-large networks of systems in complex multi-platform deployments.

Apple Certified Technical Coordinator – Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certification verifies a foundation in Mac  OS X Server and an ability to configure key services and perform troubleshooting. This certification ensures a high level of technical proficiency and consistent quality.

Apple Certified Support Professional – Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification verifies a foundation in Mac  OS X and an ability to configure key services and perform troubleshooting. This certification ensures a high level of technical proficiency and consistent support quality.

Apple Certified Trainer – An Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) is a certified industry professional who delivers Apple curriculum. Subjects range from OS X and OS X Server to Apple pro applications, including Final Cut Pro, Motion, Logic Pro, and Aperture.

Apple Certified Macintosh Technician – Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification verifies the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repair of both desktop and portable Macintosh systems, such as iMac and MacBook Pro, using Apple Service and Support products and practices.
